What role will you play?
As the People and Culture Advisor for ANZ you will work closely with our People and Culture Partners to manage strategic advisory and day to day tactical delivery across divisional people initiatives and cyclical Human Resources activities. You will build relationships with key business stakeholders allowing you to understand their people priorities and challenges and support them in relation to people matters across the full employee life cycle.
You will also collaborate with aligned regional and talent teams as well as colleagues in the Human Resources Centres of Excellence in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Reward to deliver high calibre Human Resources support to the business.
What you offer
- Previous experience as a human resources professional in a fast-paced, high performing, matrixed environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group at all levels in the organisation
- Strong communication skills
- Well-developed data analysis and numeracy skills with the ability to prepare insights to inform decision making.
