Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team works in collaboration with the Product, Credit, Technology, Data and Platform teams to optimise business opportunities within clearly understood and acceptable risk parameters whilst maintaining close working ties with our central Risk Management Group and our Financial Management Group.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive our regulatory and risk change initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders and teams from across the eco-system to identify their needs and assist in translating these needs to requirements and user stories.
Your responsibilities will include managing multiple inflight initiatives, mapping, and analysing current state processes. You will also work on data flows and designing future state processes, identifying client needs through in-depth research and data analysis spanning across the value chain. Finally you will work closely with our data and platform teams to deliver quality regulatory and risk outcomes.
What you offer
• Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst in the banking and financial services sector
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels as a team player
• An understanding of agile ways of working and an agile mindset to drive data driven decisions, continuously improve and deliver business value.
• Experience working on Regulatory projects in the financial sector (highly desirable).
