Our Group Data Office team is a multi-disciplinary function responsible for supporting the Financial Management Group to implement and monitor compliance with our global enterprise data management framework and policy.
We aim to enable data capabilities that deliver fast, strategic risk-based decisions and better data-driven business outcomes, while also also providing a growth platform to gain or refine your data management skills, risk management experience, and apply the acquired subject matter expertise when advising the divisions and project teams.

What role will you play?
Bring your passion and expertise where you will help support strategic decision-making and the embedment of the Enterprise Data Management requirements across the group. Partner with key stakeholders across the Financial Management Group, and support our divisions mature their understanding and application of data risk management and data governance requirements. You will have a broad remit that will see you building data governance capabilities and risk management practices and providing subject matter expertise to the business and projects across jurisdictions.
What you offer
- 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, ideally with subject matter expertise in data governance or operational risk management
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and constructively challenge the status quo
- High attention to detail with the ability to articulate the “big picture”
- Strong numerical and analytical skills coupled with an ability to understand and succinctly explain complex data
- Experience and knowledge in regulatory reporting and/or familiarity with data management tooling such as Collibra, are desirable.
