Manager/AVP/VP - Project Management - Credit and Market Risk

As a Project Manager in our Corporate Operations Group you’ll be instrumental in delivering technology solutions for our Commodities and Global Markets business.

In this role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and draw on your collaborative and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal outcomes in a space that is undergoing a large transformation. Partnering with a variety of business and technical stakeholders such product owners, risk managers, quants and traders across the globe you’ll lead the delivery of projects to quality, time, and budget. Thinking critically you’ll help navigate business challenges and use your exceptional people skills to negotiate through ambiguity as you proactively identify and manage risks and issues. Other areas of responsibility will include implementing and leading project governance activities, leading workshops, stand-ups, and other project forums as well as acting as scrum master for feature squads. You’ll work autonomously as a part of a dynamic and motivated team working in an agile software development environment with hard deadlines and changing priorities.

To be successful in this role you’ll be someone that thinks big, challenges the norm, collaborates efficiently, welcomes feedback, has an eye for detail, and who is committed to offering implementable, innovative, and intuitive solutions to complex scenarios. 

You’ll come with an overall experience of at least 15 years and 8+ years of project management and Agile experience. You’ll have good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working with broad range of stakeholders. You’ll ideally have experience in Agile deliveries, preferably in the financial sector and Credit Risk / Market Risk.
