We require you to have strong leadership skills who can has the drive to move the business away from onprem to public cloud applications.

Are you UNIX & Windows Platform Lead who loves to make manual work go away? You will drive the transformation of our products and services. You value innovation, automation and diversity and will use these throughout your work to help us enhance and accelerate the capabilities we deliver to our business. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • lead both Unix and Windows support teams that support server fleet, across on-premise, private cloud and public cloud environments
  • build, Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and keep a fun culture across the team
  • coordinating a variety of projects in a highly operational and regulated environment
  • staffing allocations aligning to demand, and addressing any skills/demand gaps
  • hiring, retaining and developing talent across both teams
  • responding to inquiries, escalations, and establishing partnerships with key account teams, service owners and stakeholders.

  Your capabilities will include: 

  • 5+ years' experience in managing either windows or unix or devops teams
  • previous experience in being a sysadmin, devops engineer looking to lead teams
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and business acumen and the ability to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills, project management, and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to operate in an extreme high pressure dynamic environment, successfully handle multiple competing priorities and possess a high level of discipline while demonstrating a degree of flexibility and professionalism
  • Motivates others by creating a climate in with people want to do their best.
