Customer Service Officer - Flow Operations

Showcase your customer service skills by helping us to provide a world-class customer experience, within our Flow Operations team.

You will be responsible for the management and processing of direct debits, early termination requests, invoice requests, end of lease activities, as well as other vital customer service tasks. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to confidently handle all customer queries and partner with key internal contacts across all business channels, to ensure the customer journey is as efficient as possible. As a key contact for our introducer channel you will be responsible for working towards business goals to reduce delinquency through effective portfolio management. As a natural problem-solver you will confidently and effectively negotiate results that are commercially viable and in-line with Debt Collections Guidelines to deliver positive outcomes for both Macquarie and our clients.

You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, where tasks and priorities change regularly. As an adaptable, self-motivated team player you will naturally invest high levels of energy at work to achieve individual and team goals. With prior collections, contact centre or customer service experience working in a corporate environment, ideally within financial services, you will be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be underpinned by your high attention to detail.

An understanding of asset finance products (Operating Leases, Hire Purchase, Finance Lease or similar), as well as banking customer service, is highly desirable, but by no means essential.

If you are an enthusiastic team player, with a strong desire to succeed, we want to hear from you!

To apply, please submit a covering letter and concise resume as one Word or PDF-formatted document.  To include your cover letter, please insert an additional page into the front or back of your resume and upload your updated resume in your Profile page.
