Reimagine the future of online and mobile banking by joining our Banking and Financial Services division as a Business Analyst in our dynamic and collaborative team who are dedicated to solving problems and generating great outcomes for our personal banking clients on both the online banking and mobile banking platforms.
This is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?
Your key responsibilities will include understanding our customers needs in payments and insights, gathering requirements, uncovering pain points and conducting user story refinement. You will be working closely with the B2C Product Manager and designer within Payments and Insights to find the best solutions for new prioritised features and also be with Architects, Lead Engineers and stakeholders to see features through to completion to ensure releases are high quality.
What you offer
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Ability to develop and document clear and detailed business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria and contribute to test plans.
- Experience in working closely with designers and writing requirements for digital applications, preferably both mobile and desktop applications
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions
- Strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills with an ability to break down problems into smaller components
- Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle priorities, manage deadlines and pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.
