What role will you play?
In this role, you'll support our teams in exploring and growing by providing senior management with forecasts of business divisions and operating performance. You'll report and communicate financial budget, forecast, outlook, variance analysis, key trends, KPIs, and cost transformation. Additionally, you'll drive cost reduction and process improvement projects as part of the ongoing transformation strategy. You'll also provide financial summaries and reports on various aspects of the P&L.
What you offer
- A minimum of 9-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, including exposure to financial/management accounting, cost allocation, and reporting. You possess a strong commitment to customer service ethics and have the ability to understand stakeholders' requirements while maintaining excellent relationships with them.
- Experience in successfully managing a team of 3-4 people. You are eager to work in a virtual global team environment and can effectively handle cross-border relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement new technologies for automation and operational excellence. You are also open to occasional overseas travel (when it is safe to do so) and can adapt to working in shifts as necessary to support our global organisation.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for regular interactions with senior management and multiple locations.
