Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic team within the Central team at Macquarie Capital, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

What role will you play?

  • In this role you will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives, using Concur. You will collaborate with other EAs and executives across multiple internal teams and take an active role to support its success. You will also get the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects, including the coordination of team conferences and
  • Ability to excercise good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support.
  • Experience acting as a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, utilizing your understanding of the industry culture to help you to support the team. 
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is required with proficient skills in PowerPoint.  
  • Experience working in a financial environment is preferred.

Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $95,000/Yr.  Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
