Strategic Partnerships Analyst - Personal Banking

Macquarie’s Personal Banking division is looking for a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Analyst to join our fast-growing business.

As a Strategic Partnerships Analyst within the Personal Banking COO team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a number of exciting initiatives including:

  • implementing and evolving a structured plan for aggregator and key broker group engagement
  • developing and maintaining the infrastructure to effectively support strategic partnerships
  • preparation of aggregator reporting, including actionable insights to help improve our market share, application quality and net book growth
  • overseeing and managing governance of commission processes, escalations, and payments
  • providing timely insights on Macquarie’s broker market share
  • supporting the delivery of transformation initiatives across the broker business

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 2-3 years' experience in Retail Banking. You will be confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, across many different functional areas, both within Macquarie and external distribution partners. You will approach complex problems with curiosity and enthusiasm, have a learning mindset, strong attention to detail, planning, prioritisation and project management skills, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
