We have an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your expertise as a Test Manger and join the Financial Management Group Projects and Change team to support the delivery of various initiatives in the mandatory projects’ portfolio. In this role you’ll have plenty of opportunities to use your initiative as you’ll play a pivotal role in testing.
You will be an experienced test manager who will work on initiatives driven by regulatory requirements. You will use your strong background in defining test strategies and test planning for medium to large scale projects, ensuring the system build is in line with business requirements and any deviations/defects are reported, managed, and resolved on time. You will work as part of a large team identifying the scope of testing, collaborate with business SMEs, data and technology teams for test case preparation and lead the testing to match outputs against the expected results.
In this role, you will have a thorough understanding of front to back testing to ensure the complete workflow is working as per requirements, you will be able to replicate production scenarios so the E2E workflow can be tested and validated for data integrity. You will provide solutions on extraction and analysis of data using SQL and pivots. You will also define project testing metrics to keep track of projects in JIRA. You will also review reports prepared by the test analysts to ensure timely delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have a qualification in Accounting/Finance or Information Technology with 8-12 years’ post-qualification experience. Previous experience in the banking and financial services industry is advantageous. A strong knowledge of various testing tools, automations and database, and bug fixes is highly regarded. You will help drive innovation across business ideation, product build and knowledge collateral.
