Associate – Client Reporting | Macquarie Asset Management

Sydney

An excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused individual to join our Macquarie Asset Management Public Investments (MAM) business.

In this operational role, you will be part of the Macquarie Asset Management Correspondence and Reporting team who are responsible for the delivery of investor reporting services and correspondence for retail, wholesale and institutional clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:

  • execution and delivery of client reporting in accordance with deadlines and business requirements
  • document maintenance including drafting and review of correspondence templates, ensuring templates are reviewed regularly and meet regulatory requirements, retention of signoff and supporting documentation
  • ensuring client expectations and internal KPIs are met
  • assisting with the implementation of FactSet Vermilion to automate investor reporting
  • building and maintaining a high level of engagement with key internal stakeholders, such as Fund Administration, Product Managers, Legal, Compliance and Marketing

You will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You are confident in your ability to develop and maintain relationships and rapport at all levels. Your excellent communication skills, effective time management and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role. You have an analytical and solution driven demeanour, with the ability to evaluate options and propose alternative solutions.
