Loan Execution Analyst

Join our Commodities and Global Markets group as a Loan Execution Analyst for the Commodity Finance business. Based in Houston or New York, the role involves loan portfolio administration across a diverse portfolio of energy, agricultural and metals loans and structured transactions.

In this role, you will work as part of the Deal Management team and be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day client needs and onboarding new clients onto the loan management system. An ideal candidate will have experience managing structured transactions and be able to collaborate with other members of the team, and stakeholder groups outside of the Commodity finance Business.

You will liaise with clients on a regular basis for all incoming loan and letter of credit requests and determine the ability of the business to process the client request based on current line usage and pre-determined collateral requirements. As a member of the team, you will learn from other staff members, to ensure the efficient and accurate issuance and ongoing management of loans and letters of credit, while also playing a key role in the deal formation and structuring.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelors in finance, economics, accounting, or other quantitative disciplines
  • One year of experience in general loans administration/accounting experience in the commodities sector.
  • Strong commercial mindset and orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and Loan IQ a plus
  • Drive for personal growth and knowledge.

Salary range for this position: $90,000- $110,000/Yr.  Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
