The Workforce Insights team is focused on leveraging data and insights about our people to optimise the employee experience and drive business value.

We are looking for an experienced team lead to lead our Reporting, Business Intelligence (BI) and Governance team.

You will join us with proven capability in people management and team leadership, a continuous improvement mindset, strong communication/stakeholder management skills, and the passion to drive and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

About the role:

In this role you will:

• Supervise a small team of analysts (~2-3) to deliver high quality HR reporting and analytical solutions across Macquarie, including own contribution to delivery of these solutions
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the team.
• Manage workload of our case management tool, to ensure all inquiries are attended to, that workload is appropriately distributed, and service level agreements are met
• Ensure all standard reporting / dashboard maintenance activities are delivered to a high quality, according to service level agreements.
• Seek opportunities to further streamline, automate and improve processes.
• Uplift our approach to Data Governance, with a focus on developing robust practices to ensure high quality data across the employee lifecycle. This includes ensuring alignment to all enterprise-wide frameworks and standards.
• Support the broader Manila-based Workforce Insights team (~8 staff) with office-based leadership and engagement.

• HR domain experience desirable, but not required
• Experience in reporting and analytics highly desirable, but not required
• Customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset
• High attention to detail
• Motivating people manager
• Expertise in data management and data analysis
• Strong communication skills to engage directly with business stakeholders
