Take on an exciting Paralegal and Governance role in our New York office.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the Private Fund senior attorneys, the Corporate Governance Manager for the Americas and other governance professionals on day -to-day fund governance, best practices and operations. You will enjoy a broad variety of responsibilities, including board and legal document management, entity formation and dissolutions, director/officer appointments and resignations, leading corporate secretarial duties, supporting the legal team in complex domestic and cross-border transactions and more.
To be successful, you will need to bring your enthusiasm and innate ability to be a team player. You’ll be a strong communicator, bright and thrive working with-in a dynamic work environment. You will possess strong legal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to acquire new skills, with product and sector knowledge, as well as strong experience in areas of corporate governance.
You’ll need to bring a bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certificate, as well as a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role from either a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.

Salary Range
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $95,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
