Technology Business Analyst - Equity Derivatives Trading Business

An exciting opportunity for a strong Technology Business Analyst professional to take the lead on business-critical & regulatory projects for the technology division that supports our Equity Derivatives & Trading business.

You will be working as a member of the Equity Derivatives & Trading Technology Project Manager / Business Analyst team to support delivery of key initiatives primarily driven by Business & Regulatory demands.

Your will be responsible for gathering requirements and providing clear articulation to wider team of developers and testers.  You will also provide end-to-end responsibility for delivering your projects into production and drive user acceptance testing.  As a key member in the team, you will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders from front to back office and technology teams.  It is expected that you will have clear stakeholder communication and management throughout the delivery lifecycle.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial sector in an IT Business Analyst role
  • Have worked with stakeholders across front to back office, and through the full software development lifecycle
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management, across both IT and business
  • Experience as BA on Transaction reporting projects and familiarity with Equity derivative products is a plus
