Join our transformation team as a project manager. This team are responsible for driving medium to large scale transformation initiatives within the finance function which may include process reengineering, system implementation, automation, and other change initiatives.

In this role, you’ll be liaising with the global and local finance functions as well as other support functions like technology to deliver various change initiatives. You’ll support change and global transformation initiatives that may include undertaking elaborate process diagnostics, conceptualising and implementing new systems / applications, automating manual processes. You’ll partner with the finance functions to identify opportunities, conceptualize solutions, develop business case, and improve processes.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have 9 to 12 years’ post-graduate experience in finance transformation and transitions. You’ll have a basic understanding of finance, accounting and reporting processes.

You’ll have strong stakeholder management to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the group. You will have an understanding of the Agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience using Prince2 or PMP is desirable but not essential. You’ll be a keen learner with good attention to detail and the ability to deal with complex issues and structures. You’ll also be a self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment with drive to pursue a challenging career in financial services.
