Senior Associate, Executive Assistant (EA), RMG Enterprise Support Gurugram
Join our team as an Executive Assistant/Team Assistant within the Risk Management Group in the Gurugram office.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the calendars the group’s directors, meeting notes, organising team events, general office administration and maintaining slide packs and reports related with the group’s team governance.
As a team assistant you will also be responsible for travel management, maintaining IT assets inventory, manage invoice payments, reimbursements for team expenses, visitor and contractor management and coordination for new starters, transfers and/or leavers.
This role will require you to be able to understand processes and policies to coordinate and action in an effective manner whilst also identifying opportunities to enhance the processes and controls. You will have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will manage responsibility for the full end-to-end management support and administrative duties for the wider team. \
To be successful in this role, you will have 2-5 years of work experience, a bachelor’s degree qualification with good academic performance and good skills in relevant applications (e.g., MS Suite). You will also have the opportunity to upskill in administrative support, stakeholder engagement, networking and negotiation skills.
