Bring your passion and enthusiasm for leading people and join our Wealth Operations team as a Senior Manager. You will play a big part in the leadership of the team and you will be involved in driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the WRAP Platform to ensure we optimise our day to day operations as well as evolving the way we operate as we respond to the ever-changing environment.
As the successful Senior Manager, you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, so you must be success driven and seek continual improvement. Positioned in the heart of the business, you are well placed to develop and challenge yourself whilst developing your team.
This is a challenging role and you’ll be required to coach, develop and lead the Team Leaders who support a large team of Operational Administrators. The Team Leaders’ support Administrators to ensure agreed service levels are achieved, completing quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Your passion for leadership and client-centric approach, will drive successful team performance and ensure an exceptional client service experience.
Reporting into the Head of Platform Operations this role will see you take ownership of driving performance, developing the team’s capability and working closely with the Senior Leadership to drive insights, manage change and drive process improvement.

To be successful in this role:
- At least 5+ years of strong leadership skills and show the ability to unite and motivate a team, communicate expectations and develop team’s capability
- Demonstrated industry experience across the Financial Services sector ideally in Retail, Business Banking, or Wealth Management
- Proven track record in managing business and operations pressures and client expectations
- Proven track record in driving and delivering continuous improvement, transformational initiatives or projects and good understanding of agile methodologies
- Proven track record to managing and driving changes in a fast moving environment
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and commercial mindset
