Manager / AVP - Technology Audit

Gurugram

Join our team as an Assistant Vice President/Manager in our Internal Audit division. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology audit/risk professional interested in infrastructure, cybersecurity and business integrated audits. 

In this role, you will be responsible for leading or working on a team to execute the full lifecycle of an audit, from planning through to reporting. You will work on scope areas including technology infrastructure (Cloud IaaS, Networks, Backups and Storage, etc), cyber security, and on business integrated audits partnering closely with our business audit partners.  You will identify control weaknesses, share insights on areas for improvement, support the team leads and audit directors in preparation of audit reports for the Board Audit Committee and senior management. 

You will develop regional stakeholder relationships, contribute to continuous risk assessments, and stay up to date on regulatory developments within the Asia region. Also help uplift/train junior staff as part of audits and provide guidance as a local mentor to the audit team.  

While the role is based in Gurugram, you will be joining an Internal Audit team that is represented in globally, allowing you to engage with professionals worldwide as part of global or regional audits. 

You will have 7-10 years of experience in technology audit or technology risk management, with extensive experience in understanding risk and in identifying and testing technology controls. You will need to have proven technical and analytical skills. Qualifications in information systems or cyber security are desirable (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCAK, CSX).  

You will have the ability to process complex information in a dynamic environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with and influence internal and external stakeholders. Experience with, or good knowledge of, the regulatory requirements and landscape in which Macquarie operates will be important to help you succeed in the role.
