Join our Risk Management Group in a role that will allow you to grow your skills and experience in the Credit Division.
You will join the team as a Senior Associate or an Executive in Gurugram, focusing on analysing, rating, and monitoring global counterparties. You will play an integral role, as an extension of our one of our Global Credit Teams, in supporting the coverage of the Global Markets business group.
You will work closely and collaboratively with a team of analysts, senior approvers, and senior business stakeholders to approve annual and interim reviews. You will also have the opportunity to conduct initial reviews for new relationships. You will be involved in providing recommendations for credit limits, supported by thorough analysis and well-executed interpretation of relevant financial, industry, country, business, and market information.
Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to actively monitor the credit quality and global exposure of the portfolio to existing and target clients by being current with industry and economic trends and market information to address any credit concerns and resolve issues.
You will bring previous experience of 2 to 5 years post MBA/CA qualification, ideally in a credit analysis role, with solid ability to understand risk, interpret financial statements and navigate commercial outcomes. If you have a relevant professional qualification like CFA or FRM and have familiarity with analysis of Financial Institutions like Banks or Funds, it will be a plus but not a necessity.
This role will suit you if you are passionate, driven, independent and have a growth mindset with a desire to learn. If you are a good communicator, strong numerical and analytical skills, love working with multiple stakeholders and can work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we would love to hear from you.
