Assistant Manager – Business Analyst GFS


Join our team as an Assistant Manager in FMG Central – MBOW for the role of Business Analyst. You will join a collaborative and inclusive team and take part in a dynamic EMEA regional program of work, while developing your skills learning from industry experts.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, business concepts, and data requirements.  This includes the ability to gather, elicit, record, and lead the refinement for features/stories with an agile approach, work closely with team members on the design of the solution, ensure business requirements and outcomes are clearly understood by the scrum team and assist in identifying business rules, constraints and acceptance criteria.

You will act as a liaison between business, product, and delivery teams and provide walkthroughs of user stories to the scrum team, to assist with the understanding of requirements. In addition, you will provide support and guidance to the scrum team during the delivery process.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

knowledge of the current EU/international prudential regime, particularly CRD / CRR Capital & Liquidity calculations.

Data and systems expertise. AXIOM regulatory reporting application knowledge an advantage.

Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members and key internal clients including Treasury, Risk, Data and Business Unit Finance teams.

Well organised and methodical approach with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for deliverables, balanced by sound professional judgement.
