Join our Identity and Access Management team, part of the Identity and Cyber Security department in the Technology division as a Technical Business Analyst. In this role you will work on a transformation program to deliver a seamless customer experience for an end-to-end identity lifecycle in the IAM User Access Management platform while driving your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
A major initiative of Identity and Access Management is the internal workforce User Access Management Transformation. This transformation will give staff the access they need to do their job from day one in the most effective way.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with an agile team of software engineers that collaborate on major IAM platform transformations. You will also be responsible for developing onboarding materials, engaging business stakeholders, identifying standard or custom patterns for the integration of different system within identity lifecycle and providing advice to business and technical owners, troubleshooting, defining acceptance criteria and testing.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in working on technical projects, particularly in systems analysis and release management. You will be highly analytical and proficient in gathering requirements and documenting these for delivery. You should also be able to work in an agile scrum team environment. You should be adept in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both business and technical colleagues, across offices and time zones. This role will be performed in a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
