Macquarie Commodities and Global Markets are seeking an experienced finance industry professional.  This opportunity will see you working closely with our Futures global senior management team as well as key stakeholders and business partners.   The Futures remit is across both the execution and clearing aspects of our business. The team is responsible for governance, data integrity, business level real-time risk monitoring, coordinating new business initiatives as well as aspects of financial management and reporting.

You will be responsible for:

  • Financial analysis, reporting and problem solving
  • Data Governance and framework
  • Transformation Projects
  • Change Management
  • Client Money Framework and Controls
  • Regulatory Reporting and Risk Management.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • 5+ years experience in a markets facing role
  • An ability to engage and communicate with key internal stakeholders as well as external customers
  • Experience with Financial Analysis and problem solving
  • A methodical and diligent approach to daily key risk tasks
  • An ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks 
  • A strong risk mindset.
