Join our Risk Management group in a role that will allow you to grow your skills and experience in the Corporate and Asset Finance areas. You’ll join the team as a Credit Risk Manager/Senior Manager in Sydney, focusing on corporate lending, asset finance and equity investment.
You’ll work closely and collaboratively with a team of senior approvers, analysts and senior business stakeholders to structure and approve transactions. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and work across new products and projects, covering a range of different industries. This will range from higher risk equity investment, purchasing distressed debt or asset acquisitions to lower risk more vanilla corporate lending/asset financing.
Key to the role is taking detailed analysis and complex structures which you have worked through with analysts and business stakeholders and then presenting on the findings to senior management for approval including our Head of Credit and Head of Risk Management and making an assessment as to whether or not this is a worthwhile investment.
You will also have the responsibility to monitor emerging trends and risks across the market and portfolio whilst reporting on these to senior executive management.
You’ll bring with you, previous experience ideally in corporate/asset finance analysis, cash flow lending, with solid ability to understand risk, interpret financial statements and navigate commercial outcomes.
