Executive - Networks Engineer


Join our technology team and play a pivotal role in the management of our network data and security solutions while you help drive operational excellence throughout our business.

As a Network Data and Security Operations Engineer, you’ll use your customer focused mentality as you provide maintenance, operational support and troubleshooting for our network and security solutions while also actioning service requests as needed. With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm when faced with adversity or urgent issues, you will assimilate data rapidly to create timely resolutions to all levels of stakeholders.

In this role you’ll also be empowered to be proactive in assessing current processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvements, and implementing changes to better serve the business.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring the following technical skills:

  • Understanding of Firewalls (Check Point, Cisco and Palo Alto)
  • Understanding of IP networking and Internet technologies, in either Cisco or Aruba switch and routing platforms (CCNP or CCIE would be an advantage).
  • Experience in more than one of the following network/network security platforms: Wireless (Cisco or Aruba, ACI, F5, Cisco Ironport Web Proxies and NSX.
  • Strong network analytical and troubleshooting skills with the capability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows, SNMP and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Experience range of 5 to 8 years.
