Assistant Manager - Fusion Testing Control Room

Gurugram

Join our Enterprise Technology team as a AM – Fusion Test Manager in Fusion Testing control Room and be part of our journey to become a fully automated, self-service infrastructure provider, focused on excellent customer outcomes. 

As part of this vibrant and inclusive team you’ll partner with the business users and Fusion Control Rooms and manage the testing of changes in Fusion and Oracle Patch regression. You will be also be required to manage the Testing Automation strategy and implement best practices.  You will be able to manage the team and their work allocation, delivery etc.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring the following experience and technical skills:

  • 5-9 Years of experience in managing End to End functional and nonfunctional Testing and implementing QA best practices
  • Good Knowledge & experience in testing Fusion Financials applications is a must
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion or EBS is added benefit
  • Experience in managing and defining Automation and performance test strategies.
  • Experience in SQL and ETL testing added benefit.
  • Good knowledge in Test automation tool (selenium) and implementing continuous testing pipelines using tools like (Cloud bees, Jenkins, Bamboo etc.)
  • Ability to interact with the business user and capture the Test requirements
  • Prior experience in Oracle Cloud Testing (preferred)
  • Prior knowledge & working experience in JIRA, Bit Bucket (preferred)
  • Excellent Communication Skills and work independently with good customer engagement skills.
  • Experience in managing testing for both implementation and support projects a must.
