Engineering Manager (COG Tech CGM FX)  - Sydney

This is a key role and requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership.  You will lead our CGM FX technology team supporting a growing dynamic business to achieve client driven end-to-end trading solutions.  

You will be someone who has: 

  • hands-on software engineering background with a thorough understanding of Agile product software development processes and lifecycle 
  • experience with modern Java at the enterprise level, experience with a cloud deployed systems 
  • proven track record successfully managing technical engineering and DevOps in a results-driven environment 
  • ability to building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams 
  • be an enthusiastic team-player and leader with self-starting ability and comfort in autonomy. 
  • experience delivering trusted and timely solutions to difficult, business-critical problems
