Join our agile team as a Service Management Analyst to help deliver a strategic project in the Macquarie Technology team, and be part of realising our vision to become a fully automated, self-service infrastructure provider, focused on excellent customer outcomes.
As a Service Management Analyst, you will join a small back-office team responsible for providing support to all teams in Technology Infrastructure & Personal Technology (both internally supported, and vendor supported services).
As part of this central team, you will work with suppliers, businesses, technology, and internal stakeholders to ensure our service owners are supported in keys areas such as Service Management, Controls Assurance, Supplier Management, and other general functions required of technology services within Macquarie. You will focus on the consolidation, simplification, and automation of workflows, controls assurance, and other activities. As an effective communicator, you’ll engage with technology engineers across multiple teams and to ensure effective queue management and response. In addition, you will be asked to investigate and determine targeted solutions on aspects of process improvement.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in queue management activities and managing data compliance for multiple teams
- Coaching engineering teams on ITIL workflow compliance.
- Stakeholder engagement with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with and for technology teams.
