We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders of the Business Management and Strategy and their teams. You will work in a fast-paced, interesting, and demanding environment which will offer exposure to senior-level management across a wide variety of business activities. Your role will be multi-faceted and blend together responsibilities relating to human resources, risk management, executive support, reporting and project management. In this role, you will have a positive, confident, and proactive approach, as well as exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
One of your key responsibilities will be to serve as the executive assistant to the Global Head of HR, Global Head of Operational Risk and the COO for a special project. You will handle calendar management (internal & external meetings), meeting preparations, travel coordination, and expense reimbursement (domestic & international). You will work closed with Executive Assistants globally and provide light administrative support to the HR and Risk teams which make include preparing PowerPoint Presentation and coordinating regular video calls (domestically & internationally).
As a key part of the HR Business Partners team, you will work on special projects which will include maintaining the global recruitment tracking system, reporting HR data to executive committees, providing project management support and coordination, and serving as a point of contact for employee questions regarding the office, benefits and payroll.
