This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Document Controller to join our Green Investment Group’s rapidly growing offshore wind business and support the transition to a low carbon, sustainable global economy.
Our Green Investment Group’s global offshore wind business is responsible for the successful management and delivery of a pipeline of 15+ GW of offshore wind projects, the origination of new opportunities and partnerships as well as the provision of asset management and advisory services to third party investors.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining document processes, these include the Document Management Plan with underlying Document Control Procedures. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you will play a key role in the Document Management process of inhouse and contractor documentation, creating and sharing best practise. You will plan and conduct audits of contractor document management systems, contribute to lessons learned regarding document control, assist document owners with ensuring that all project-specific documentation and manuals are in place and stored correctly, and assure quality checks and maintain completeness of document register or database(s).
This role will require an individual with the experience of document control systems in a complex project. You will bring strong online document management system competence, training / implementation of document management systems, and written and verbal communication skills. A well-developed attention to detail with capacity to appreciate the “big picture” as well as prior experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will hold you in good stead to be successful in this role.
