Our regional Corporate Governance team are highly valued business advisors. Fostering relationships across the business, this team advises on all aspects of company secretarial practice, corporate governance, company law and internal policies. You will be working with a highly engaged and collaborative team, who have diverse professional backgrounds including compliance, company secretarial, legal and consulting. You will be the main contact for specific business group(s) and jurisdiction(s) and learn to take the lead on related transactional work and projects. In addition to running regular board/committee meeting processes for key entities, you will oversee the compliance of a portfolio of subsidiary companies.

To be successful in this role, you will likely have 4-10 years of professional experience in corporate governance and/or company secretarial in a fast paced environment – ideally holding an appropriate qualification for example, SAICSA / ICSA. Above all, we are looking for someone passionate and driven about their career, having a pragmatic approach to problem solving, along with the ability to communicate with people at all levels within our business.

This position is based in Singapore and applicants are expected to hold legal working rights for this location.
