Partner and Vendor Management Contract Administrator

The Partner & Vendor Management Office champions all aspects of supplier lifecyle and third-party risk management by being a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance and insights, and collaborating with stakeholders across Macquarie. 

We are looking for a highly capable contract administrator who has experience managing supplier contracts and proactively working with stakeholders on renewal activities and contract reporting.

In this role you will support Relationship Managers and the broader Partner and Vendor Management Office to maintain a registry of supplier contracts and respond to contract requests. Key to this role is your ability to extract key information from supplier contracts to support decision-making and ongoing supplier lifecycle management. You will have strong time-management skills and be a confident communicator who can work with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that contracts are renewed on-time and as part of projects.
