Come join our Specialized and Asset Finance team in an End of Lease Support Specialist role supporting our Operations and Portfolio Management teams in our Toronto office!
In this opportunity you will be responsible for reconciling and uploading returned assets, managing inventory, running invoice attachments and sending out invoices, new supplier onboarding, running various reports and bank receipting.
In addition, you will work with the Client Managers to organize returns, liaise with the System Operations team to resolve discrepancies, reconcile customer accounts, and collect monthly income details for forecasting.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in all Microsoft office applications, 1-2 years of experience in a support role within a business environment, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline driven environment and have a high attention to detail and accuracy.
