Senior Associate, Portfolio & End of Lease Management


A unique opportunity has opened for an Senior Associate, Portfolio & End of Lease Management to join our Structured Asset Finance business in Toronto.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the monthly syndication process including contract administration, coordinating funding account reconciliations and reporting, providing support to the portfolio manager in responding to pricing request.  Additional responsibilities will include assisting with to RFP/RFQ responses, reviewing contract details, market research and other ad hoc requests in support of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging work environment, demonstrate a genuine desire to join a collegial, growing, and entrepreneurial team and have the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail, keen analytical skills, exceptional work ethic as well as time and process management skills and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working both autonomously and as an integral part of the Canadian team you will support sales and operations to deliver an excellent client experience throughout the leasing lifecycle you will have:

  • At least two years’ experience working in a professional environment (leasing or finance industry preferred but not essential)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or other related disciplines
  • Intermediate level MS Office with a focus on Excel
