Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives, M&A Analyst

As an investment professional in the Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives team, with an initial focus on transactions linked to sustainability and climate aligned investment opportunities, you will work with an experienced team on the execution of strategic mergers & acquisitions and partnerships globally. You will have primary responsibility for the financial modelling, analysis, and diligence of potential strategic transactions, as well as in-depth research tasks related to broader strategic initiatives such as new product and business line development. The team has recently completed acquisitions in US and Europe, in securities investment management and real estate asset management sectors and also a technology investment. 

Leveraging 2-4 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, management consulting, private equity or corporate development you will play a key role in the ongoing success of the team. Prior sector experience in asset management and skills in financial modeling and corporate finance will be considered favorably in connection with applications. Our team values entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role and majors in mathematics/economics/finance/accounting or quantitative fields are preferred.
