We have an excellent contract opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our growing Technology team based out of our new Philadelphia office. We do offer a flexible working arrangement to accommodate working from home 50% of the time.
You will be a member of the global team responsible for the full software engineering lifecycle including designing, building, testing and operations in a dynamic global environment.
Your drive for continuous improvement will be utilized as you will be working on high impact platform engineering initiatives whilst elevating and championing engineering best practices that ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, secure and enables the best products to be built for our clients across the bank.
You will a collaborative mindset as you work with both fellow Technologists and end users to further define the platform.
Bringing your first-class communication skills you will lead engineering discussions to enable the building and supporting of world-class platforms at scale.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- proven experience working in Salesforce teams
- agile experience, certification is preferred (Scrum/Kanban)
- experience/good understanding of CI/CD automation including quality engineering
- experience with cloud and container technologies – AWS or Google
- understanding of observability through monitoring, APM or other alerting tools (such as Splunk, SumoLogic and/or AppDynamics).
