Risk Management Training - Senior Manager

Reporting to the Global Head of Risk Management Training, you will have the specific remit of managing risk training for the Americas region. You will work alongside regional counterparts and the Global Head on the development and execution of the Global, as well as Americas Risk Training Plan. You will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end project management of Risk Training for the Americas including needs assessment, SME engagement, program design, content writing, record keeping and data & analytics for both in-person and online training programs
  • Design and execution of the Americas Risk Training Plan
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the Risk function, the Subject Matter Expert population and senior management both in region and with Sydney headquarters

Your demonstrated 6+ years of experience in the successful design and delivery of risk and compliance training in a financial services environment will aid you in managing the production, maintenance and execution of a regional training plan and assisting in the development of training content. In addition, you will work with Risk colleagues to ensure regulatory training requirements are met, as well as develop methods to assess training effectiveness. Training qualifications and/or an instructional design certification are required for this role.

Your strong attention to detail will be proven by high quality content that delivers key risk massages, effective metrics and reporting, and full utilization of the global learning management system. You have strong leadership experience and the ability to develop others, work autonomously and deliver results within deadlines.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralized unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed.
