It’s an exciting time to be joining our Employment Brand team as we look to transform the way we attract, recruit and onboard top, diverse talent all around the world.
Working globally across markets, you’ll help to tailor our messages to ensure they resonate with our targeted talent segments. You’ll create large campaigns, digital marketing and branding strategies and create content to tell Macquarie’s story and build brand awareness and interest from candidates in our key talent segments. You’ll work across a variety of channels including our careers website (Abode Experience Manager) and blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Glassdoor and WeChat.
You’ll implement ideas to improve candidate experience such as upskilling our interviewers and hiring managers and creating engaging candidate communications and toolkits to provide support throughout the recruitment journey. We listen to our candidates and you’ll play a key role in hearing their feedback throughout their experience and help shape our team’s focus areas.
You’ll also play a key role in creating internal marketing campaigns to engage current employees to embrace internal mobility and our employee referral program.
Building strong partnerships with our recruitment, marketing and broader Human Resources teams across the globe will be essential to succeed in the role. You’ll have the opportunity to work with all levels of people within the organisation from graduates to senior executives, as well as external partners and vendors.
This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on execution where you’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas and contribute to our broader strategy.
