This is a great opportunity for a Senior Manager to become part of our Risk Governance team in Sydney. The team forms part of the Operational Risk & Governance Division, within our Risk Management Group and has responsibility for group-wide and entity risk governance and risk reporting and insights.
You will play a lead role in contributing to a range of risk governance activities and change initiatives to support key elements of our group wide risk management framework. This includes working with a wide range of global senior stakeholders to optimise our governance processes over core risk management framework elements across financial and non-financial risks, such as risk appetite governance and risk reporting.
Your work will link into many aspects of the risk management framework across all risk types, with a focus on risk governance structures and practices, providing you with an opportunity to build networks with risk professionals within our Risk Management Group and across our Operating and Central Service Groups.
To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, change-orientated environment and can think strategically whilst also having an eye for detail. You’ll be a confident communicator, tenacious and agile with a proven ability to sustain high levels of performance in a dynamic environment.
