Associate - Enterprise Technology


Partnering closely with our analysts, designers and clients, you’ll get the opportunity to enhance and build applications to power the future of banking. You’ll be involved in understanding and analysing project requirements and translating them into specifications and programming deliverables. You’ll also be responsible for testing and debugging the products in controlled, real situations along with maintaining the systems and making updates as required.

In this role you will continuously increase your functional knowledge and understanding of banking concepts, and gradually develop your capability to decode functional requirements into design. Your willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies like Robotics, Workflow and cloud will be an added advantage.

To be successful in this role you’ll have a good understanding of at least one coding language, knowledge in C++ or Java, as well as strong communication, analytical and numerical skills. You’ll have a clear understanding of DBMS concepts, a good SQL knowledge along with understanding of various SDLC models, including Agile.
