Tech Assist is the face of Technology, providing front line support for all Workplace Technologies and support requests. Delivering a customer focused service experience in a professional and timely manner. As a customer facing team, we are motivated to continually improve our services and are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience and through our customer-obsessed culture.
In this role your workload will be split between providing support via phone, email, chat and our internal social media channel as part of our Global Technology Service Desk team, and in person support at our walk-up Tech Assist desk, a Technology hub where we provide support, technology training, and promotion of new products to our Singapore based staff.
We believe that for you to be successful in this position you will be a recent graduate or have previous experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role. Experience using / supporting iPhone and iPad devices and management software, collaboration products such as, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
Ideally, you will be self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritise, as well as work effectively with minimal supervision. You will display curiosity, passion, proactive mindset, and be able to challenge status quo and norms. You will have a sense of teamwork, be able to inspire and work well with others. You will also have strong problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally and find solutions. You will have the ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and demonstrates follow through and ownership of issues.
