This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Learning and Development team where you will drive the building of individual and enterprise capabilities by providing effective L&D Solutions. You will be the lead project manager for a diverse range of learning programs. You will be an effective business partner and can independently consult on, design and develop learning solutions. You can effectively manage communication with participants, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and overseeing the end-to-end management of program logistics. You will also be responsible for evaluation reporting and analysis and there are opportunities to demonstrate your L&D facilitation skills. Your role will be critical in creating an exceptional employee experience.
This role will give you a broad range of responsibility and the chance to drive the delivery of the L&D Strategy. You will also be project managing initiatives involving Leadership, Manager Capability and bespoke learning design. Your varied role will be supported by your ability to independently manage your time and workload to meet multiple deadlines across a range of projects.
With an ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and coordinate a high volume of tasks concurrently, you will hold appropriate tertiary qualifications as well as a stable and progressive career to date. Organised and people-oriented, you will have strong experience in Learning & Development, Talent or change management.
Most importantly, you’re confident in your ability to develop relationships at all levels and present in front of large groups, you contribute thought leadership, are highly collaborative, assertive when required and a natural problem solver.
