An exciting opportunity now exists within our Cash Operations team as an Operations Team Leader. You will lead a highly trained team of dedicated administrators and consultants whose core function is to support Macquarie advisers, independent financial advisers, and clients, within our retail and business banking divisions.
As the Operations Team Leader, you will provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of your team. You will be responsible for managing call queues to ensure same day service, completing call and quality monitoring, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed. Your passion for leadership and client-focus approach, will drive successful team performance and ensure an exceptional service to your key stakeholders.
Our business is committed to providing an efficient and timely service to our clients and ensures all requests are actioned the same day. At times you may be required to work flexibly beyond your scheduled hours.
To be successful in the role, you will be a strong people leader with experience in a client service environment. Exposure to cash products and an understanding of financial markets will be advantageous but not essential.
Most importantly, you will possess strong business acumen, a real passion for leadership and exceptional communication and relationship management skills which enables you to drive and deliver exceptional results for the business.
