We have an excellent opportunity in our Philadelphia office for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Digital, Data and Platforms group.
You will play a critical role on the Data Intelligence and Sales Enablement (DISE) team, providing actionable insights to our distribution team that promotes sales success and asset retention, while also working with technical teams to define the architecture in terms of tooling/systems to set up data exchange and workflow automation.
Your collaborative approach will be utilized as you liaise with teams/members across Digital, Data and Platforms (including data platform, client experience and other key feature team platforms like Salesforce.com) as well as with the Client Solutions Group (i.e., Distribution), Technology, and Marketing.
Additionally working with sales leadership to understand strategic initiatives and priorities and translate them into business results, using datasets from both internal sources (e.g., CRM and flows data) as well as third-party data (e.g., broker dealer data packs or market data vendors).
Using your subject matter expertise and drive continuous improvement across distribution datasets, you will identify and utilize the appropriate technologies to link these datasets so that insights and conclusion can be drawn.
Your attention to detail will be utilized as play a critical role in the integration of a recent acquisition and work to integrate data. You will work closely through many aspects of the integration and help ensure that data is quickly cleansed, organized, and staged appropriately to enable critical analysis and decision-making.
You will be keenly focused on innovation and will be key towards bringing the proposed innovations to reality (e.g., including data science capabilities).
If you have at 5-10 years industry experience with a strong data analytics background and excellent data management skills. As well as experience with the following industry products:
