Project Manager, Risk Management


The Enterprise Support Projects team within the Risk Management Group is responsible for the governance of the Risk Management Group wide project portfolio and delivery of key risk projects. In this role you will join an experienced team and will focus on delivery of change initiatives across all areas of Risk, including regulatory change, framework design, business process improvements and technology enhancement initiatives.

With prior experience as a Project Manager you will bring with you an ability to plan and execute projects efficiently and successfully, ensuring requirements are met and benefits realised. Utilising your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be able to relay project information to management from all business areas, as well as build meaningful peer and stakeholder relationships.

As a member of the Projects team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at all stages of the project lifecycle including effective management of the project plan, scope, and schedule. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will assist in the preparation and presentation of project materials and presentations that will support transparent communication and buy-in from your diverse range of stakeholders. Your risk mindset will be used to identify, communicate and manage risks around delivering solutions.

You will bring with you project management experience gained from within a financial institution, and exposure to risk projects is highly desirable. You have a proven track record of accountability and delivering complex projects on tight schedules, using the Agile or Waterfall ways of working.

The ability to work efficiently in a geographically dispersed team with global stakeholders and to work with third party vendors and consultants is essential.
