Client Manager


A unique opportunity has opened for an operations client manager to join our structured asset finance business in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing leases through to cessation including contract administration, invoicing, account reconciliations and reporting, coordinating funding, asset return management, vendor management and fielding general inquiries.

Using your keen organizational ability, strong attention to detail and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion, you will ensure all documentation, system requirements and internal controls are satisfied for existing, ongoing and new business.

Your excellent communication skills and proven client service orientation will be relied upon to support sales staff by building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, and providing a high level of service to a portfolio of new and existing clients.

Working both autonomously and as an integral part of the sales and operations teams to deliver an excellent client experience throughout the leasing lifecycle you will have:

  • At least two years’ experience working in a professional environment (leasing or finance industry preferred but not essential)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or other related disciplines
  • Excellent numeric, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level MS Office
  • Bilingualism in French (would be an asset but not required)
