Procure to Pay Systems Analyst


Joining our business as an experienced Procure to Pay Systems Analyst, you will support the design and configuration of our procurement to pay systems.

This is a unique role whereby you will gain exposure working with stakeholders across the globe, and building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will manage P2P system projects in Coupa as well as providing BAU support. You will be involved in designing solutions for enhancements, bug fixes, optimisation and automation of P2P processes and managing the delivery of technical projects. In addition, you will be liaising with Product support directly for product issues and fixes and will be providing technical support to procurement operations teams like Master Data Management, Helpdesk, Invoice Processing and Accounts Payable. 

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate mid-level experience in supporting P2P cloud applications preferably Coupa or applications like Ariba, SAP MM and Basware. You will also need proven experience in configuring e-e solutions in P2P application and in functional areas such as approval design, electronic invoices, order management, procurement automation and integration of P2P systems. You are also someone who demonstrates previous success partnering with external vendors/implementation partners and has excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with strong analytical skills. Finally, you will need a good attitude with an appetite to get the things done.
