To compliment the continual growth of Macquarie Structured and Asset Finance and the business strategy we are seeking a proven sales professional to originate partnerships in the broker and or lessor channels. This role will have East Coast coverage.
The successful candidate will be developing and managing broker/lessor relationships to ensure the type of business proposed fits with the required profile and we maximize the opportunities. Key responsibilities will include program on-boarding and management, communication/relationship management both internal and external, client satisfaction, and compliance, work with management on required reporting and process improvements.
You will have a passion for results, providing exceptional sales solutions for our partners in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying brokers/lessors who fit our strategy and can provide client prospects that meet our criteria.
Being responsible for generation of new business from approved brokers/lessors, you’ll also deliver broker/lessor introduced business plans to new clients, be accountable for the conversion percentage and report on yields and fees within your geographic sales area.
Maintaining and developing existing relationships, you’ll also have the opportunity to structure FMV transactions and review credit decisions to provide feedback to our Structured Asset Finance business.
To be considered for this role, you’ll have;
- a four year degree or related experience
- a proven track record of success building and managing partnerships in lease finance industry
- a high level of motivation and professionalism, with an extremely goal-oriented mind-set
- exposure to commercial credit underwriting principles
- be solution focused with ability to analyse complex problems and produce solutions
- have the ability to drive individual performance while promoting a team culture
