As an Associate, you will have focus on companies in financial technology, insurance, and specialty finance sectors. You will be responsible for all transaction execution activities, including directing, managing, and coordinating all aspects of transaction process. 

You are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Accounting, Economics, or Finance) plus 2 years of experience in job offered or 2 years of investment banking or financial management consulting experience.  Your prior experience must include 2 years working on various aspects of transaction process, including performing financial statement analysis, financial modeling, transaction structuring, and transaction due diligence, and preparing and reviewing transaction documentation.

Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities.
